Data set is in STATA so we are looking for assistance in the use of STATA as a programming platform to develop and encode several business rules that will be developed. The project will involve specific coding of routines required to filter the dataset. Business rules must be codified. Freelance consultant must be available as expert advisor, programmer and trainer as the project proceeds. The position is virtual, but freelancer must be qualified and eligible to work in the United States. The primary skills sought is the ability to program and codify business rules using STATA. Deep knowledge of the various statistical techniques available in STATA is NOT required to code the required business rules. Must be great programmer, good communicator (virtual) and capable trainer.
