Interested countries: Great Britain, Cyprus, Malta and other countries (preferably not included in the list of offshore zones according to the Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation dated 13.11.2007 N 108). In order to enter the international market, our company is looking for options for opening a parent company abroad. Will you be able to advise us on the taxation of foreign countries together with the Russian legislation in the field of taxation (including in the presence of double taxation agreements) in order to choose the most optimal country for the registration of the parent company?
