But we want the different parts of the system to 'fly' in and have representation of communication between devices (wifi signal). The components are: Sub-scalp electrode Placed under the scalp and above the skull, the electrode senses and records neural events. Implant Captures EEG from the electrode and transmits these signals to the wearable processor. Coil Data and power transfer between the external wearable and the implant. Wearable processor Provides power to the implant and the Bluetooth connection to the smartphone. Minder companion app Collects EEG data using the Bluetooth connection to the wearable, and uploads to the cloud for processing.
