| Apibūdinimas: | We are hiring a customer service representative for our apparel brand to manage customer queries and complaints across a number of communication channels including Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Email and Social Media. We are looking for an experienced customer service rep that goes above and beyond and always maintains a positive energy. Responsibilities and Requirements: Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and a professional attitude toward customers at all times. Responding promptly to customer inquires. Communicating with customers through various channels. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Understanding our product line so you can answer questions. Keeping records of customer interactions and complaints. Processing orders, forms, spreadsheets and other requests. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Take the extra mile to engage customers. Understanding how to navigate Shopify and Amazon Seller Central. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. This position is 100% remote. This position is part time but can vary week to week based on the number of inbound queries. Must have reliable internet and a good working computer. Must be able to respond to inquiries 7 days a week. Thank you for your interest!
