We are looking for a high-energy individual who can collaborate with the executive team in setting business strategies and managing the execution roadmap of the same. The ideal candidate should feel comfortable collaborating with the executive team in developing a business plan, monitoring the execution of the plan, follow-up with the team members as needed, and even ensuring that the executive team is held accountable for delivering on the plan. From time to time, may require to collaborate with the external partner as well. Good communication is a must, previous experience of having worked in a high-speed startup-like environment is preferred. Should be very familiar with Microsoft Office and other collaboration tools such as Google meet, Zoom, etc.. We expect that the person covering this role will need to spend about 2 - 3 hours a day.
