| Apibūdinimas: | The project scope include the architecture design ( Floor plans, Elevations & 3D) for commercial/ residential building where the ground floor, first floor and partial second floor will be used for a polyclinic, visa medical center, dental lab and pharmacy. Other floors will be used for apartments. General guidelines below: 1. Front Entrances should be for commercial, side entrances for residential units. 2. Two Separate elevator for commercial and residential. 3. Garbage shoots to be considered. 4. Setback should be 3 m from back side and 2 meters from both sides. No setback for the front side. 5. Plot area is 750 SQM , expected built up area 600 SQM per floor. Total no of floors G+ 5. Ground Floor – to be divided in two four main section which should have a separate Entrance from main road. 1. Polyclinic 2. Visa Medical Section. 3. Pharmacy 4. Dental Lab 1. Polyclinic a. Ground Floor Reception. Small snacks outlet combined with reception area. Waiting area (Male & Female) for 40 persons. Emergency room. Doctor room – 2 Nos. ( 3x4M) Admin office – 3x4 m Toilets (Male & Female & Janitor room). Ultrasound Scanning room (2x4 M). Nursing station (Male – 5 Nos, & Female- 5 Nos) . Beds for providing injections and IVs.
