| Apibūdinimas: | This property is a $1.5 m luxury property in DC. I will upload the files to Dropbox and will need at least a rough cut of the video returned by the end of Tuesday (tomorrow) and will need to deliver the final product to the client Wednesday. My team worked on over 1,000 properties in 2020 and are on track to working on about 1,500 in 2021. We are just getting started in video but will most likely have a large volume once as we gain momentum in introducing them to our clients. So please view this project as a job interview for many more going forward. There are quite a few files to go through; however, I am looking for a 1.5-2.5 minute video as the final deliverable and am looking for an average clip length to be about 3-4 seconds, give or take a second depending on the shot. There should not be very many transition effects applied because we're going for a luxury look. The music should likely be an upbeat, modern classical piece. Please send me 3-5 music tracks to choose from before cutting the video to it so we can save time. The agents name, contact information, and logo should be added to the video. Below is a video that we made a couple of weeks ago. I really like the music used and tempo. However, I hate the footage that looks "choppy;" I'm not sure if that had to do with insufficient frame rate or the editing.
