| Apibūdinimas: | Seeking an expert in all things Asana. I want to maximize our efficiency in Asana and make sure that we are using it to quickly work through and delegate tasking within a team. The division of the company our team works within is logistics for an ecommerce business. I am not looking to necessarily gut the system because it works. I do want to simplify things and make things run seamlessly for the team as a whole. Asana runs the heart of our whole process. Our shipments live in Kanbans and our tasking mostly lives in specific boards. All team members have their own boards that show them the tasks they are responsible for. I will go through this with you in video if I believe you are qualified for this position. I'm looking for someone that can look at the way we have it built and can tell me how they would go about making it better / faster / simpler / easier to use / less error prone.. How can you simplify our day to day work flow essentially? Here are a few questions to get you started for your cover letter; How would you go about simplifying and making sure that our whole process was complete and documented from start to finish? How would you go about ensuring maximum efficiency of each team member through clear and well managed tasking (without it taking a person to manage tasking all the time)?
