I am a startup small sushi business in Monterey County, on the Central Coast of California. I am currently at the beginning stages of a crowdfunding campaign and would like to document the process, which then would be posted on my social media accounts. I have 20 years in the culinary field and almost 10 years making sushi. I was trained by a master sushi chef and since have worked under big names, such as Morimoto. I have developed my own style to pair with the traditional Japanese foundation which sets me apart from the rest. I am starting this business from scratch.
