We have several roles on offer, the main one being a Digital Marketing/Sales Specialist although we are also looking for a claims manager that has had experience working in Insurance. As the Digital Marketing/Sales Specialist, you will have a vast range of opportunities to manage Marketing and Sales. We believe Quality Marketing will do the sale for you, so the sales aspect will be minimal (More so a call to make sure it all makes sense) Build and manage initiatives which are designed to spread knowledge around Insurance, customers rights & natural disasters to drive our brand campaigns, and boost online traffic. (Content provided) Manage and maintain the lead database Manage the blog section of the website to help with Google SEO. Plan and manage the email marketing campaigns (including user segmentation, flow strategy, the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends) Grow the email database through collaborative B2B deals Produce retargeting digital marketing initiatives Call referrals and follow the sales script Make follow up calls to customers Manage PRE SALE process and documents. Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email, text, social media and phone. Reporting on leads, appointments and sales Our specialised system currently has clients signing up to our service after they watch our videos and sign the online forms to proceed. About You To be successful in this role, you’ll need: The ability to have fun! Enthusiasm for BIG $$$ A positive attitude and burning desire to succeed in life! 2+ years demonstrated experience in a similar role Facebook Ad Experience Google Ad Experience Email Marketing experience Sales experience (preferred) Sourcing and managing content development and publishing Future focused, ability to identify trends, opportunities and innovative ways to build your income Great communicator as you are continually building relationships with our team, customers and other parties.
