Apibūdinimas: | We are a leading distributor in the Home Furniture and appliance industry and we are seeking an in-house Microsoft D365 Business Central Functional Consultant who will gather the business requirements for and work with our internal team of developers and testers for solution delivery. (Candidates with full working rights currently locate in Sydney areas ONLY) The consultant should have worked on Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation and have good knowledge of the implementation cycle and their requirements. This person will be a strong, confident communicator and good co-ordinator while handling different stakeholders. Essential Functions Should be able to Configure, Test, and Demo all modules in Dynamics 365 BC. Evaluating and understanding the business process and preparing a detailed Business requirement specification document [BRS] Collaborate with internal business stakeholders to a) understand business solution requirements, b) conduct discovery and analysis, c) recommend systems solutions, and d) lead or assist with the implementation of commercial and custom solutions capable of supporting the business. Drive Conference Room Pilot (CRP) and other system walkthrough presentations showcasing Microsoft D365 Business Central’s capabilities supporting customer requirements. Facilitate functional sessions and weekly status meetings Prepare Business Process Discovery Documents Prepare functional and technical specifications for customizations required for Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations. Help customers appreciate out-of-the-box system capabilities and advise how to best utilize standard solutions with creative configuration. Prepare User Manuals and Training Plans Provide pre-go live and post-go-live end-user support. Ensure project documents are complete and the project is delivered successfully as per the plan. Own project deliverables (status reports, documentation, test plans.) Take personal ownership of the success of deliverables and projects. Required Skills and Experience The candidate should have 5+ years of Dynamics NAV functional experience At least 1 end to end Dynamics 365 BC project Have minimum 5 years of consulting experience in project management and accounting module Have worked on at least 3-4 end to end implementation projects and should be aware sure step implementation methodology Experience in Demand forecasting, Master Planning, and Warehouse management is required Experience in Expense Management, Multi-company, Project Accounting, Financial Management is a plus. The candidate should aware and worked on Key project module areas like WBS, Revenue Recognition, Customer & Vendor retentions, Funding sources & Forecast, and budgeting Should have complete knowledge of various Project management Inquiry tools and reports Excellent communication skills along with good analysis and documentation skills Experience with Microsoft Visio or other process modeling tools preferred.
