The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about lighting design, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented. When reviewing floor plans, you're able to provide suggestions and the recommended best lighting design practices, based on the needs of the project. Possessing knowledge of lighting manufacturers and specifications/catalogs for various fixtures types is also a huge bonus. You should also be familiar with IES standards.
