Apibūdinimas: | I require a customer support service for the following: - Respond to support requests (email only, no phone support). I would provide the email templates and training - Support would be needed from 8pm US CT time until 7am US CT time only - Expected volume of support requests is 3 to 4 support requests per week. Because volume is expected to be low I am looking for low-cost options, ideally plans which are based on # of support requests handled instead of paying a flat hourly rate.
