Our ultimate goal is to build "organic social" awareness and engagement that translates into new subscribers on the blog. I'd love to find someone to work with on an ongoing, long-term basis. My initial budget is $300 per week (however many hours that gets us based on your rate) and our main KPI will be $/subscriber from all non-PPC social traffic. If/when we deliver a positive ROI further down the funnel then the budget can scale accordingly. PLEASE NOTE: I am NOT looking for someone to manage PPC ads. *ABOUT YOU:* We're still a small blog (2 team members including me) so you'll be getting A LOT of autonomy in how you deliver our goals. To do that, you'll need to be a good self-starter and all-rounder (think social media skills, copywriting, graphic design, winning personality). You'll also need: - Good knowledge of overall social media trends; - Fluency with at least two major platforms; - Good content management skills; - Fluent English (it needs to be flawless); - A passion for reading and personal productivity. You should be a proactive problem-solver who can think strategically (Which platforms? When? How? Why?)
