Apibūdinimas: We are looking for full-time (40 hours per week) highly motivated and professional Level 1 and 2 customer support agents to augment our team of dedicated support staff at Deputy. You will be providing support and training for our SaaS product through live chat, tickets, email and phone calls. Training will be provided and the role will commence immediately. The ability to learn independently is required.


Responsibilities:


- Responding to Level 1 and 2 tickets.

- Conversing with international customers to resolve questions and issues.

- Chat support in Intercom, maintaining a minimal response time.

-  Use Aircall to receive incoming calls, while also making outbound calls where necessary


Requirements:


- Previous experience in customer service/technical support.

- Must be available to work 8 hours at any point of the day

- Must be able to work day/evening/night shifts if asked

- Must own an iPhone or iPad (min. iOS 8)

- Must be fluent in spoken and written English on a professional level.

- Fast and stable internet connection (Will need to be greater than 1.5 Mbps download speed - Screenshot required from (link removed)/).

- To be able to type at the speed of minimum 50 WPM (Screenshot required from: (link removed)/)

- Excellent attention to detail

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Advanced analytical and troubling shooting skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to empathise and deal calmly and professionally with customers to resolve their issues.

- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and provide solutions for a broad range of problems.

- Ability to work efficiently and reliably with minimal supervision


Experience with prior chat support (particularly Intercom) and the payroll services Xero Payroll and MYOB will be looked upon favourably. Less critical but still valued is experience with the Point of Sale systems Revel, Kounta, and Vend.
