Website will allow members to securely login, purchase or sell cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, RV's, planes, trailers and related parts for sale and complete payment transaction and secure shipping/insurance securely. Will require formats to support web and mobile displays. Possibly a mobile app in the future. Would like platform to support many languages and be accessible on multiple continents. Would prefer a very simple and basic design with intuitive navigation and help. Do not want a flashy website. Function and ease of use are the most important of the design criteria. Developer must understand english well to minimize any misunderstanding of the requirements and instructions.
