The purpose of my website is to generate phone calls (click-to-call) from visitors viewing it on mobile device. I've installed adwords conversion tracking in the past, but it seems that google is only recording 1/4 of actual phone calls being delivered. With that said, I've dug into my website, and found what could potentially be causing the problem (Please view Screenshot).
