| Apibūdinimas: | We're a young, growing Finance Brokering company located in South Melbourne specialising in residential lending with a marketing bent skewed towards refinancing. Due to a recent marketing push, we're worried that our brokers are getting stretched too thin. We want to make sure that our clients are getting the best possible experience and as such, we're seeking an office based Loan Processing/Client Liaison/Settlements person who can help us with the end to end processing of our new business. Job tasks and responsibilities Assess, enter and lodge applications. Liaise with lenders and credit teams to ensure that our deals our moving through the system. Deal with clients over the phone to assist with the collection of documents and provide loan status updates. Assist with calendar management and provide general "back-end" support to a small growing team of brokers. Skills and experience Experience in Loan Processing is essential. We need someone who can competently turn an application into a settlement and iron out all the kinks along the way. We'll happily take applications from candidates who have worked in a similar role within a finance firm or for a bank. A working knowledge of lending and compliance is essential.
