| Apibūdinimas: | Hello, I have recently started a kid's channel on YouTube. I am looking for someone who has experience in the niche to guide me. At this moment, I have uploaded 5 videos in the last 5 days. All the videos are 10 minutes long with customized thumbnails, I have received a mere 6 views since starting. I feel my thumbnails are solid and keyword selection is decent. However, I could be wrong. I spend long period of time everyday on these videos and do not receive a single view. I am open to paying for advertisements on YouTube if necessary. When applying for this job, i'd like to see some proof or references that you've successfully helped other clients grow on YouTube. This is mandatory. I am paying a $80 an hour to just have a real expert look at my channel, answer a series of questions, and offer real advice on how to get this channel growing. Due to the fact I only have 5 videos, this should not take you very long. I would prefer a phone consultation but it is not mandatory. If your advice proves to be solid, I am willing to create a long term relationship at the $80 an hour rate.
