I need a contractor who can take my website into the 21st century and update it with a template that I would like to purchase with the ability for me to edit and modify it using Word Press. Any contractor who only replies with a generic response and doesn’t address what I am looking for will not be contacted. I would like to hire someone who at least takes the time to read the project at hand. Requirements – 1. The contractor needs to be able to fill in the blanks by using the text and information on the current website pages and implement them into the new website making edits and adjustments so the new website stands out, is easy to understand and navigate and above all makes the user want to purchase. 2. The contractor needs to understand that I cannot update the current URL because of the link I get from an article written on Entrepreneur Magazine which makes up for 90% of the sites traffic. 3. Contractor must be able to communicate in English 4. Project must be completed within 30 days 5. I will buy the template and send a link for you to be able to download it to make the website. 6. Contractor WILL NOT use any graphic that we do not have an authorization receipt for copyright usage. PERIOD. 7. WP must be set up to allow SEO as well as my current stat counter code. 8. There are 33 total pages – most are just simple information pages for SEO however my SEO is so out dated that I would like the contractor to create the meta tags and image name information based upon what is already on the site. I will update it later if necessary. The more detailed pages with products and information only consist of about 10 of the 33 pages. 9. Website template has a direct contact submission form – NO contact submission allowed due to website hacking. I don’t need the problem if my site gets hacked because of a submission form. So we will need to replace the contact form with just contact information and an email link or something to that affect. 10. Contractor must be able to put the site together without needing me to do all the writing for it. Use the content information that is already on the site but obviously condense it to the key parts. I don’t have time to write, if I did, I would just do the website myself. I will review and make edits if necessary and send them back to you, but the key points should be taken from the existing site. 11. Contractor must send me updates so if there are changes or corrections we can address them as we are moving along 12. Contractor must upload the completed site to my domain server along with the WP application so I can modify it when I need to update or add new pages. 13. Contractor must not have a lot of other jobs going on at the same time.
