There is minimal work here, but it is there. seo knowledgeable with best practice on site optimization methods Security,security,security: i have had previous websites hacked by script kiddies due to very sloppy php coding, as well as sloppy coding/permissions/open ports in .NET. While i prefer apache due to lower hosting costs, i will be ok with .net if it's needed to a) make the site look the way i want it. B) faster db sorting/processing. You check your work: when you present your work to me, i am assuming its finished. While i will check it, i am not the QA person, please only present final deliverables to me. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Your job is to create a comprehensive textbook comparison site on both the buying and the selling side. There are many out there to take a look: 'directtextbook.com or bookscouter.com. These two will be the basis of what i am referencing to. I will be supplying a starter list of 15 stores on the sell side i need connected, and 19 on the buy side (10 stores in common between the buy and sell side). They will be highlighted in priority as to what i feel are most important Your goal is to build the site and help me obtain the affiliate marketing links. Sometimes its a catch 22. We need the api to build the data, but they won't give us the data until the site is built. I am looking for a bit of guidance/patience through this process. Please note: that if we for whatever reason do not get the data feed from amazon or half.com, this project will be considered a failure, and stopped. The initial project shouldn't take too long to build out in my experience. We will likely wait a bit for the affiliate links/feeds to be approved, and you will add them as they come in. i am hoping through this project to build out my own relationships with the publishers. If this will not prove feasible, depending on how many publishers decline me, we 'might' be ok with supplementing with competitors api(directtextbook.com). Hopefully this gives you a good introduction. If you are interested, lets talk. I will need to provide additional specifications as to what i am looking for before final pricing, as i am looking for also custom backend reporting that i will reveal if there is a mutual interest, and a nda signed. I will be looking for a full project estimate(not per hour). if initially set up properly with a few publishers, it shouldn't be a big deal to add future ones, and you should build the site in such a way.
