I have attached a gif of the design I want - the PSD will be provided to the winner. Specifications: - html - javascript - CSS ---FRONT END--- The look and design of the site is attached as a GIF file. The front end of the site should have functionality like http://www.nullrefer.com/dGJsb3AuY29t.shtml [NSFW adult link]. There should be a template file in which it is easy to edit the HTML that builds the headers and footers of the site. I do not want a database, this needs to be fast loading. The Design should ensure that the scroll menu disappears when there is no mouseover and the text highlights on mouse over. Also, in the design gif file attached there are no FavIcons - these should not just be black but should be consistent with the actual favicon for each site. With your response to this job, please make the first word CLONE so that I can verify you read this. So the structure will be: 1. [Header html] – includes top part of the site 2. [Content from admin area] including GROUPS and SITES 3. [Footer html] – includes bottom part of site. I am interested especially in two things: 1. PERFORMANCE: The site being fast loading with no database queries on load. This means I am not interested in a CMS. 2. MAINTENANCE: Although I don't want a CMS, I want ease of update for the site – how easily can I update this site as required to change categories and content?
