| Apibūdinimas: | We are building a CMS in Codeigniter with HMVC structure and we are looking for developers who want to be part of a long term build. Because the proejct is a long term build it is important that you are willing to work with Tortoise SVN and www.assembla.com as repository. Since this is a big project the work can't be done on the FTP. The job will start with trial tasks on fixed price basis and once we have trust in you we will switch to hour basis. The trial jobs will be small jobs of 1 to 2 hours and you will be paid after the completion of each task before the next task start. If you want we also have basic codeigniter tasks and these task have 100 to 150 hours of work a month. The fee for the basic codeigniter work is 3.50 USD an hour including oDesk fee. To be considered for a higher hour rate you need to be well versed in: 1. Tortoise SVN 2. Code commenting 3. Peer review 4. Review documentation The regular work consists mainly out of templating new HTML pages, creating or modifying modules and bug release of existing websites. The tasks will first be assign on trial basis on fixed price basis and once we are confidant that you are capable of doing the work we can switch to hour basis with the time tracker. Bit in the beginning you will be paid after every 2 hours when your task is completely finished and tested.
