| Apibūdinimas: | Want to be part of a team that is creating a new interactive medium? Hyperspots, LLC is looking for a creative and talented ActionScript developer. Must have at least three years experience designing and creating applications in flash. Casual atmosphere and flexible hours, with only 2 hours of face time requested a day. We are located in Venice CA, and considering a satellite office in Lithuania. Skills: - 3-5 years of professional ActionScript programming experience - Bachelors degree - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency and advanced knowledge of AS3 - Experience with tools for importing data into Flash (e.g. XML sockets, HTTP calls and LoadVars) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to write high- quality specifications - Prior experience in the games industry, particularly having shipped a product as a senior engineer or lead - Proficiency with HTML/XML/CSS and LAMP architecture What the job will be like: You will be working with a small team of software engineers, designers, sales people, and beta clients. You will be responsible for the functional and graphical end of the hyperspots video player. You will also coordinate with the interface designer and database architect to create an interface to display analytical and performance data. You will provide technical guidance during the design process, not only bringing awareness to constraints, but also applying creative thinking and problem solving abilities to create opportunities for innovation.
