Enhance the clarity and appeal of each job description, incorporating SEO best practices to improve visibility and effectiveness. Re-listen to initial client consultations as needed to capture nuances and specific requirements that might have been overlooked in the AI draft. Use provided examples and templates to maintain consistency in tone and structure across all job descriptions. Collaborate closely with our recruitment team to ensure each description aligns perfectly with client needs and industry standards. Qualifications: Proven track record in editing, content writing, or a related field. Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to content creation. Excellent command of the English language and superb communication skills. Experience with AI tools and digital content platforms preferred. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Project Details: The project will start with a trial of 1 job description to assess fit and quality of work. Based on performance, there is potential for ongoing work with multiple job descriptions weekly. Communication and submissions will be handled through Upwork, with expected turnaround times for each job description being 48 hours. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to producing high-quality work.
