Ideal candidate speaks fluent english, has a basic understanding of investment property real estate, can write persuading email copy, and is coachable. I am looking for someone who can work a few hours a day to re-engage old leads and turn them into appointments for a commercial real estate loan. You will not have to sell the loan, but stimulate interest and gather basic information so the loan officer can take it from there. Put "blue" at the top of your proposal. In addition to this, your tasks will be to build new lead lists of property owners, developers, general contractors, and other mortgage professionals as you will run out of leads to reach out to. You will also be responsible for following up with leads who do not attend the scheduled call.
