Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Freelance Operations Manager to join our team and oversee the efficient execution of our diverse range of services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: -Ability to utilize GoHighLevel software to manage CRM, call tracking, Facebook/Google Ads, marketing automation, and mobile marketing SMS. -Coordinate with our experienced SEO team to optimize website visibility and attract more patients to our clients' medical practices and with our dedicated marketing managers to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. -Manage Pay Per Click advertising campaigns, including bidding on medical keywords and tracking campaign success. -Oversee the development and implementation of targeted marketing strategies for medical practices. -Ensure HIPAA compliance in all marketing efforts. -Provide regular reports and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Requirements: -Proven experience in digital marketing operations, preferably within a medical or healthcare setting. -Proficiency in utilizing GoHighLevel software for CRM -management, call tracking, and marketing automation. -Strong understanding of SEO principles and strategies. -Experience managing Pay Per Click advertising campaigns, particularly on Google Ads. -Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and other social media advertising platforms. -Exceptional organizational and project management skills. -Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. -Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
